Dined in on a Wednesday around 6pm. Quick and friendly service and the dining area was clean. I got the autumn harvest bowl with tofu and it was delicious! I saw some previous reviews complained about portion size but I wonder if that issue was resolved because my serving was what I'd expect.

I’ve ordered strictly takeout from this location around 12 times in 12 months. The majority of my orders were placed in the last hour before they close. Very hit or miss on freshness of their ingredients. Out of my 12 orders, the app has failed to provide the correct order updates/notifications. For instance- they close at 9pm, I’ve placed most of my orders at 8pm and select 8:30 as my pickup time. I’m notified the “order has been received” update instantly. Then I get the “order is being prepared” update no earlier than 9(when they close), I’ll receive “your order is ready for pickup” update around 11pm. Since alerting corporate about this issue with their app numerous times over the past year nothing has been done to resolve it. Also, I don’t recommend ordering takeout unless you’re picking it up right away. Regardless of the pickup time you select, they’ll make your meal 30 minutes prior to the time you selected, leaving you with $20 worth of soggy food that’s been sitting on a shelf at room temperature. When kindly addressing the staff about these issues don’t expect any explanation or apology. You’ll get an emotionless shrug and thats about it. There’s an almost identical restaurant a few blocks away that in terms of service, food quality, consistency, and professionalism is the complete opposite of this sweetgreen location. I recommend that restaurant if you’re looking for a good takeout experience.

My husband and I just tried Sweet Greens for the first time tonight, picking up two bowls. They were both so delicious! Very fresh ingredients and plenty of greens and grains. We’ve frequented other fresh, healthy concept restaurants, and without question, Sweet Greens is the best! Can’t wait to return!
Vegetarian options: Try the Shroonami- so delicious!!

Love their salads. Ingredients are fresh, blackened chicken is very flavorful. But I don’t recommend ordering delivery from here, especially during lunch time or you’ll be waiting a very long time.

I was blown away by the chicken rice apple salad I had!
My food was full of some kind of non food fibers- maybe bristles of a brush? Inedible. The contact feature on the website just leads to a frustrating AI chatbot that eventually allowed my to type my complaint but then immediately and unilaterally ended the chat. Maybe I’ll get a follow up but I’m not impressed.

Great little place for a quick, healthy meal. The staff member who served us was very helpful explaining the process of ordering. Portions were generous and the food was tasty. If we lived locally, certainly we would visit often!

I ordered the new Chicken Avacado Ranch bowl and swapped out the blackened chicken for roasted chicken, and it was fabulous! The store on Grand Avenue in St. Paul is such a great restaurant. The service was excellent and the restaurant is neat and clean. Highly recommended this establishment.
