I ordered the new Chicken Avacado Ranch bowl and swapped out the blackened chicken for roasted chicken, and it was fabulous! The store on Grand Avenue in St. Paul is such a great restaurant. The service was excellent and the restaurant is neat and clean. Highly recommended this establishment.

NEVER EVER order delivery from this place they do not prioritize delivery like DoorDash or Uber eats. I literally waited over an hour and the poor dasher told me to cancel what poor customer service never going to this location shame on you guys.

The Southwest chicken fajita was very good, chicken was warm and moist. The harvest bowl chicken was dry, and they were out of apples(!). Very tiny print advised that another topping could be selected, and we did figure out how to do it. So it's one star off for the chicken and one for the app.

I’m so disappointed with this location as compared to the Edina one. The Edina one is the best and I will travel further just to go there from now on.I placed a pick up order so I can’t rate this on service or atmosphere since I didn’t dine in.The food was awful. Portions were extremely small and lacked flavor. My friend’s wild rice in her bowl was not cooked at all. It was SUPER hard and crunchy. My food looked like grade school cafeteria food and the flavor tasted exactly like how it looked = disappointing.

Ordered for takeout. Hot Honey Chicken. Did not get sweet potatoes . Customer Service needs to work on making the dish more aesthetically pleasing. It had great flavor , just wish it came with all the food it was supposed to. Portion also seemed small from price and expectations, looking at reviews below, looked like they did change portion size, but not price. (Food cost is obviously above average right now) So might wait a while before going back.

Sweetgreen is a go-to order for lunches at the office! They have a ton of options, are easily adaptable for vegan or GF, and are usually super yummy. The only thing I've noticed about this location is that every time I order, my salad is always missing 1-2 items. It's usually something innocuous and doesn't stop me from ordering, but good to be aware of. For example, my Italian chopped salad tasted super fresh and great, but it was missing the banana peppers and bread. I think this may only be an online order/delivery issue, because every time I go in person my order is perfect and everyone working there is super nice.

I went to the Grand Ave location with 2 others. We routinely go to this location. On our visit today, we noticed the bowls were considerably smaller. When we asked about the bowl sizes, the server stated that those were the correct size. She said she had been there for 2 weeks and that those were what she knew. We have been going long enough to know that those were NOT the original sized bowls Sweetgreens started out with and that we grew to love! Instead of arguing or debating with the server, we canceled our orders. Within a few minutes, a couple came in and also decided not to order. When you have customers who visit the establishment routinely, simply saying those are the bowls you've seen for 2 weeks doesn't cut it! Sweetgreens lost 5 orders within minutes due to customers not being satisfied with the reduced product. Previously we have been very satisfied with the product and hence that's why we kept going. If Sweetgreens is going to cut the size of the product being given, they should also cut the price since customers are being charged the same price with much less salad.

There at 1230pm and some messy tables. Otherwise great food. Had miso glazed salmon plate. Counter worker was awesome with customer service. Friendly, chatted, asked how my day was going, and complimented each customer. I'll be back.
