I just ordered my Taco Bell Cashier Henry c added a donation without my permission and I didn’t notice til I got home. I don’t care how much it is, you ask! That is technically theft! I need to talk to somebody about it because the ohone number don’t work

This Taco Bell in particular is one where I ordered through the app and picked up 100% of the time. And through that 100% of the time, when I add “additional” stuff on it, it wouldn’t be added in there. I got home and realized it and it ain’t worth the trouble going back there. I’ve experienced that all the time, yet I still do it anyway. Ugh. 😑 NO MORE! I’m done with this Taco Bell at Suburban. Also, the amount of stuff that SHOULD be in there, is so little compared to the Taco Bell that’s close to where I work. I ordered a loaded nachos and the beans and beef was significantly smaller than any other Taco Bell’s I went to. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell if you are PICKING UP & TAKE-OUT. Dine-In, YES. Sure. You will be able to let them know if the order is wrong or your “add-ons” are not on there.

I was racially profiled by black women in drive thru 7:20 this morning 8:27. I can prove i come weekly and she refused my money. When multiple workers take cash to drive thru drawer. Also I work at fast food

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited over 25 minutes! Multiple in there were waiting as long. Lady taking orders was very crabby and unpleasant. Worst Taco Bell ive ever been to.
Not sure why I continue giving this location a chance, it always ends terrible. I will for sure drive out of my to the tamarack location no matter what going forward.
