Ordered the Chicken Cantina bowl. It has supposed to have chicken there was no chicken. Ordered without Picot they put it on. Now I’m allergic to fresh onions…expect a bill from emergency as well as being sued. Ordered chips and cheese just got the cheese. Wow I expected more than that.

There was no cars in the drive thru when I got there, I payed and they told me to pull up a bit, I waited for 10 minutes and still nothing, I went inside to get my food. NEVER GOING HERE EVER AGAIN.

Review 2 Updated: While the staff was very friendly we waited a good minute for fresh potatoes. While the potatoes for the Side dishes were hot and fresh. All 4 of our spicy potato soft tacos all had stale hard potatoes that we could not eat, ( if you wouldn’t eat it yourself why serve it? The potatoes were REALLY HARD -picture below for difference. Also if you did make fresh potatoes for the sides why not also just do the same for the tacos? :/ ) . I have had issues consecutively so I will not be returning to this specific Taco Bell location for a while. Hopefully this can be resolved someday ! :) Review 1: Usually have a good experience with this place. While the drive thru was long and no one was inside, we decided to get our mobile pick up in store. I have had no issue with doing this before when needed. The staff member told my wife she would need to go through the drive through that they did not do mobile pick ups in store, even though it is an option, and again I have been able to do this several times before. usually I can understand if the line is long inside, as a fellow service worker. In this case it seemed as this was just an inconvenience for the male staff member who then proceeded to take over in the drive thru anyways because the order clearly was just not ready yet ( which I could see through the window when pulling up the drive thru, I would’ve gladly waited if mentioned. Will definitely be more cautious coming to this location. Would give less stars if it hadn’t been for the staff working the last few times I’ve placed an order recently (12-1am)

The lady in drive through was extremely rude. Didn’t actually say a word when we pulled up to the window, just stuck out her hand for my credit card. Also, forgot some of our items. Very bad experience, not the first time but will definitely be my last!
Good service, however they consistently get the order wrong. Stick with other locations or avoid all together.

This Taco Bell forgot 3 of our 6 items in the drive through. The two items were such bad quality too. The grilled cheese burrito was so small and had no meat in it. The fiesta potatoes were so burnt.
