We ordered veggie build your own cravings boxes, on the app it appears that a black bean crunchwrap supreme is included. This was my first time ordering it so I double-checked with the employee that it was included they went and checked with someone else and said yes it is included. Then when we go to pick up our food they're like actually it's not included ? I said can you cancel our order then, because I could just do a build your own cravings box for the same cost, and they went and talked to someone they came back and said I could dispute the charge with my credit card ? I obviously wasn't going to do that for $12 so I asked if we could just get the food then and they gave us the food apart from the main crunchwrap supreme. The employee seemed very nice, the manager that was telling them what to say must have been having a bad day because it was the most wild interaction.

This specific location is the McDonald's of Taco Bells, and by that I mean every time I go they tell me there's no Baja Blast (drink or freeze) available. In the future, I will be getting some Baja from Walmart and I'll pick up similar mediocre food from there. Don't waste your time if you want Baja Blast with your meal.
