The use of AI at the drive through is invasive, dehumanizing, and annoying. I don’t want to be recorded and I don’t have an option to opt out. It doesn’t make anyone’s life easier and I severely dislike that it reduces my human interaction. The employees here are absolutely lovely, my food is always correct and fresh. I wish they got to shine instead of this AI ordering crap

The parking lot and integrated drive up window are hazardous to navigation. NO, the alley does not connect to the parking lot. Keep your head on a swivel and go slowly. The approach to the ordering kiosk and the following curve to the pickup window are ripe for jumping the curb.

Never going to a taco bell in person again. They started using AI to take drive through orders and it's terrible. It never gets the order right, and you have to consent to them using your voice for training to actually order. It's absolutely obnoxious. Also they had the only handicapped parking spot blocked off with a traffic cone for no apparent reason.

First I told AI soft taco, no hard taco. Again when the guy added nuggets to my order then again when he handed me my order. No hard taco right? I get home and find a soggy, what used to be hard taco in my order. Remember this when AI takes your job!!

It’s a taco and assortment of ingredients that make up that and burritos and quesadillas and such. The taste is alright. I like spicy so the sauce needs to be added much extra for any flavor.
This one always gets my order correctly. Food is consistent, even on special orders. Be careful of the new drive thru though. As you pick your food up, depart slowly as you're moving right into cars entering.

The new chicken nuggets are weird. Some had sections that were dark brown, others had sections that were a lighter brown, some were crunchy, others were soft. There's wasn't a rhyme of reason that I noticed that linked a color to a tenderness. It appeared random. The new sauces don't suck, but the nuggets are mid at best. Stick to tacos n stuff.
