I waited and waited at the counter to get served. A gal was cleaning the drive thru window and was talking to someone while seeing me at the window, and I still was waiting to get waited on.

I realize humans make mistakes. The last few times Iâve been to this location my order is always wrong. Itâs my fault for not checking, but itâs fast food and I donât really complain when it comes to fast food. I ordered 3 items. Only 1 items was correct. I rarely get fast food and this is literally the reason why I stopped đ never again

It's taco bell, can't expect gourmet, but it would have been nice if they would picked one or the other, smaller portions or doubling the price. Having done both i feel like they should have increased the quality or provided a server to wait hand and food never letting my drink get below 30% full and providing at least 2 packets of hot sauce per food item purchased. I don't mean to complain, but when a few short years ago 7$ used to get me more than 20$ does currently, the experience feels imbalanced.

UPDATE: they finally removed the AI robot ordering system and the line moves much faster. Appreciate them finally listening to customers! Updated to 5 stars from 1 star.
ORIGINAL: Drive thru is ALWAYS backed up because they use an AI ROBOT to take orders. Itâs extremely inefficient because it canât even understand simple things like âadd a side of nacho sauce.â Just ASK to be connected to a team member and youâll be able to complete your order in a quarter of the time that the robot will take. It also asks so many unnecessary questions like donations, adding extra items, etc. I absolutely hate this ordering system.
