i come a lot due to it being close to my job and i’ve given plenty chances in case they are having a bad day. but every single time i come here the employees are incredibly disrespectful and rude and i believe it’s on a level of there needs to be change.

I understand they close at 10pm so a 9:30pm pickup is pushing things, however, with how much meals cost nowadays at fast food joints I find it completely unacceptable to fill half of my potato Ole’s with chicken and to have something other than ground beef in my tacos. Since this location isn’t close, I was eating in my truck. I returned to the drive through at 9:50 and was told they were closed. After asking for a manager, since the order was placed on the app, there was nothing they could do. This is an all-time new low for this location.
Update: The Morning/Day manager called me the following day and apologized and gave me a free meal. I appreciate the follow up.

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING. Other reviews have similar problems. Drove 10 minutes before opening my food and they forgot to put half of my stuff in the bag. How hard is it to look at a list and put it in the bag?

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and the employee kept promising he would be with me in a minute. Got fed up and went to Taco Bell and had immediate help there. I won't go back. They obviously don't care about customers.

After waiting 8 minutes and having to call them to answer their drive thru, they 1. Didn't give us all our food. We didn't have chicken strips for the kids meal. I assume they wanted us out of the drive thru because i called them. 2. Our dr. Peppers taste gross. Usually, this flavor is due to the flavor mix being out. Will not be returning. There is no reason 2 cars should have to wait more than 2 minutes to give an order in a drive thru. I work fast food for 7 years and only time that has happened to me is when it was rush hour...there was two of us in the drive thru.
