This place sucks! Worst customer service, and the place is a dump. Never going back there again!

The food prep was garbage! They sent me off with my drive thru order in hand, with food that lacked basic prep. The soft shell wasn't warmed prior to being filled and the taco burger bun was so overheated that the inside of the bun was hard! I couldn't even eat around it because the remaining part of the bun was tough. I won't be turning back to waste my time with a complaint, since I am already on my way to my next destination, but I will say that Shakopee's location is SO. MUCH. BETTER. What a waste of time and money.

They are very polite and the food tasted good better than Taco Bell just a little spicy

The food was hot and fresh. However, I'm taking off one star because it took awhile for someone to take my order in the drive thru and they had difficulty finding my mobile order.

They keep getting my order wrong. I get home no sour cream on my tacos.

I haven't had Taco John's in years. I used to live in the Midwest, but I moved to Texas, where they don't have them. I just moved back to Minnesota last month. I must say they have not changed, and that is both a good thing in my opinion.
Taco John's isn't expensive or high quality, but they are good. They hit a nostalgia button for me that takes me right back to the 90s, just delicious, cheap, salty food.
The best thing is the Potato Olés, these are the star of the restaurant and would have them over McDonald's fries any day of the week, and twice on Christmas.
