I come to this superb place from time to time as I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is extremely loyal and well trained. The service is deeply efficient. Needless to say, the food you get is first-rate. I frequent more than once and I was always delighted. The payment is reasobable. I suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

We loved our stop here at Taco Libre! We were on our way to the Wild game and wanted to try something off the beaten path this time around. As we has parking in a nearby garage we quickly looked in and decided this would be the place and man was it great! The food was amazing, the service was quick (I think we beat the rush) and the best part was being able to serve yourself your own drinks! They give you these cool watch things to wear that you can touch up against the beer you want and it'll keep track and charge you when you're ready to leave. We loved this option as we were able to try a little bit of everything in case we didn't like the full beer - which let's be honest, I ended up with a basic cider anyways! If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping in. It's a hidden gem that I'm so glad we found!

Tacos were phenomenal and loved the self-serve concept for beer! I highly recommend the tripa and lengua! If you're feeling bold, get the really hot sauce.

In town from Iowa, we saw the lucha mask on the sign and had to eat here. It was delicious! I got a machete, which was basically the biggest taco in the world and every else got Fortas. Everything was fantastic. I especially like the salsa bar and the art.

I love this place. I think it's the best mexican places for value in downtown st paul...huge portions so be prepared. The burrita with al pastor is my favorite. Nachos are great...queso n chips....yum...only complaint I guess is it's always soooooo hot in there.

Quick stop for a burrito - YUM!! I got a pastor burrito and it was delicious. My friend gave her fish tacos two thumbs up! Fun atmosphere. Excited to have this place in my neighborhood!
