NEVER OPEN & their service is horrible. I’m pretty sure my server was asleep in the back one time. There’s been time when we’ve gone in at 1 PM & employees are knocked out on the tables.

So I wasn't unimpressed with the food just the service. Which is understandable, they had one server/greeter/attendant the whole lunch hour my wife and i was there. If you have a lot of time and don't mind waiting, then why not check it out for yourself. I think we were there for a total of 1hour and 30 min. Would go back if it didn't take so long.

We have been here in the past was very good. I live far so I make time to drive out for the food. Recently their hours have changed to only lunch which was much harder to make time to go. Hours are only 11am -3pm. Today we went for our usual pho and in addition pork belly. Took us almost an hour to get our food. There was not many people there. Us at one table and another group at one table. We got our pho the broth was so salty. The pork belly was no longer thick slices it was 4 small thin slices. Which we paid extra $3.00 for pork belly. Very disappointing. I am guessing there is a new cook. They should consider bringing back the old cook the new food is bad. They had something good going. Bring that back. This new service is pretty bad.

Use to love going here, even though a lot of people dislike the pho, but for god sake for the past two times I came, they close on me because of low to no staff, says they close at 8pm but got there at 3 pm and they close?‍♂️?‍♂️ I give up on ya. Really need a change up or just shut down.

I visit this excellent restaurant every couple of days since I like the special air that is outline this restaurant. The personel is awfuly helpful and experienced. The service is very quick. Not to mention, the food you eat is outstanding. I have been there many times and I was always satisfied. The cost is modest. I recommend this place to all my friends.

So my family and i decided to try this place out with our good friends. The cheif is one of our childhood friends. We tried some stuff and what i really enjoyed was the deep friend pork dumplings, the sauce was good. Not too over powering the dumplings and by itself taste great already and prefect seasonings. I got to say, the best thing i liked about this place is the pho, it is very basic, not too over powering of any ingredients, that when u add your soy sauce, fish sauce, ect. It truthly bring it to your taste. If you order the pho, you have to do with the beef rib. It will be worth it! The beef rib is just prefect, it is tender and falls of the bone and prefect with the pho. And it is so worth the cost.

It was comforting to cross the familiar wooden bridge over the indoor pond now stocked with artificial flowers, with the bubbling waterfall in the background. Tapestry was more like a gathering than a fusion of Asian food, but we were favorably impressed by the quality and flavors that we experienced there. We ordered Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, Hmong rice paste rolls, lotus sticky rice, and fried hot peppers stuffed with shrimp. The Chinese broccoli was steamed just enough so that the leaves maintained their integrity and the broccoli stalk was tender. We got a generous portion drizzled with just enough oyster sauce to add a flavor without overpowering the vegetables. The Hmong rice paste rolls were very good, steamed with a seasoned pork filling, and drizzled with a dark sauce that looked like oil and vinegar, sprinkled with fresh herbs. I thought the lotus sticky rice might have chopped lotus root inside, but instead it was a delicious richly seasoned pork filling that may or may not have had any part of the lotus plant inside. One order came with two sticky rice portions, each of which might have been a meal in itself. Perhaps the fried hot peppers stuffed with shrimp would have the most appeal for people who are not familiar with Chinese food. There was a lightly seasoned breaded shrimp filling stuffed inside half of a hot pepper and deep-fried. The breading on the shrimp filling came out very crispy, and the pepper was very tender. Even my Midwestern spouse didn't detect any kick in the hot pepper. After having this elegant fried pepper dish, jalapeno poppers at the bar will never look as appealing. Despite the fancy interior, the prices were extremely reasonable. These two large plates plus a medium plate and a small plate gave us two more than enough food for one meal, and came out to less than twenty-five dollars before tax. The ingredients were all fresh and prepared expertly. We think this restaurant deserves more foot traffic. Our server was very friendly and helpful, and even told us about her wonderful fresh fruit find at a nearby market. We'll be back soon to check out the other dim sum dishes!

Mehhhhh! is definitely the right word for Tapestry. The hub and I stopped in several times and it was closed.. the few times that it was not closed, there was no one at the front -- so, do we seat ourselves? I also stopped in with a few girlfriends as well and there is literally no one in the front ever. Yep, we waited around and just left. Anyways, food wasn't the best and definitely not the worst, but it could be better. The food isn't bad, the customer service is just horrible. Tapestry definitely need to up & up their game if they want to stay around. But they do have swing dance the ONE night that the hub and I was there which was something different. Would I recommend it? Hmmmm, let me think about it. Almost forgot, I went to a baby shower hosted at Tapestry. The party room was a good size. The walls are yellow -- so new colors and brighter lighting would make it more appealing.

Very good! Flavors are just right, not too over powering. Big fans of the vegetarian dishes. Awesome Tofu!
