This restaurant has the BEST lunch specials in the Twin Cities! Don't be fooled by the price; the portions are huge and the food is delicious. I have only ever gotten delivery, but each time my food has arrived hot and fresh. Definitely my new go-to spot when I'm craving Vietnamese comfort food.

Recently visited St Paul to attend the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival. I am a self proclaimed Pho Connoisseur and Tay Ho did not disappoint. Located in Hmong Town. When I walked in I immediately knew I was in for a treat. I ordered the Pho Tai and shrimp spring rolls. The rolls were freshly made and brought to the table promptly. The Pho followed shortly. This place is amazing! I put in a large order for my office and within 30 minutes it was really for pick up. Everything we ordered was included and the service staff were great. They also have convenient parking right off of University ave. If you're looking for lunch I totally recommend Tay
