The Thai garden staff worked with us to cater a wonderful take out meal for 10 for a special celebration. We ordered several delicious entrees, including Thai basil stir fry, a fabulous green curry, and cashew fried rice with chicken. This is the best Thai place in the TC that I know of.
The kitchen isn't phoning it in - they really seem to care about what they send out. What really stood out on my last visit was how fresh the ingredients tasted.
The dining room is cozy, maybe even a little romantic, and the menu is very vegan-friendly.

Updated 2024: Thai Garden is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. I have been coming here since the day they opened, and I show it to everyone who visits and wants to try local food. Long and Ginger, the owners, are the kindest people, always friendly and welcoming whenever we visit.
