This is not a safe place. There is no security. When I was assaulted tonight the management teased me when they knew St Paul PD was on the way. The officers stayed away from the entrance this should tell you something. Tin Cup is on the verge of a tragic indicdent. I dont recommend going here until many changes are implemented,

Lived in the neighborhood 3 years. Wanted a beer and a burger. Decided to finally check this place out. It was Monday. The only person who spoke to me the 10 minutes I was there was the young lady at the front asking if I wanted to buy perfume. It was not busy. Took a seat at the far end of the bar and waited for one of the two people behind the bar to come ask my order. Instead they conversed with their friends, mess around with their phones and completely ignored me for the ten minutes I was there. Decided it wasn't worth waiting. Not sure what this place is about, but it's not service or making money.

We enjoyed the fish fry. The cod was lightly breaded and fried. The fish was drained long enough that there was no grease in the basket. The fish is served with plenty of French fries and the cole slaw is excellent. All you can eat fish $14.99. Great price too! We were there at 5 pm and it was getting very busy. Highly recommend Friday fish fry at this location.

I crossed my own boundaries by going in because I'm 9 months into my recovery, but I enjoyed the hot wings & water on the rocks w/ a twist of lime!!! Mainly the time spent with my mom and brother though!!! ?

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The service is sicken. I was told that if i am allergic to cheese then i need to order something else INSTEAD of asking them to take the cheese of my sandwhich! I had a flare up because i DID ask for no cheese and they decided to put cheese on my sandwhich anyway! Ive never been here before, and trust me i will never go back to the infested diner again! I asked for a new sandwich to be made, they said no, THE MANAGER told me to come get my refund and dont come back!!! ( as if i would ) I was chased out by management after asking for coorpare number. NEVER IN MY LIFE have i been treated like this and my 30+ years of living here i have never had an customer service experience like this before. I should have went with my first mind and never went! Ive never been in and i promise to not come back!! Disgusting.
