Wont even let delivery drivers use the bathroom as the only ones here are “employees only”, every single time, it doesn’t matter how far in advance I order ahead, it’s always 5+ minutes additional I have to sit and wait for the order. Staff were nice.

Moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago and ordered toppers every once in awhile. The service was prompt and accurate. In the last year and a half the quality and service have gone down significantly. My orders are always incorrect and missing items. Customer service never follows up with me when I give feedback and ask to be contacted through the app. Toppers, Nash, and tattle have ruined their customer interactions and have made me look for another last minute pizza place.

I’ve came and picked up food for my husband and kids a couple of times, always delicious and we love their wings! They do consistently only have one person on which can make wait times vary, but they try hard to be quick. We grabbed toppers for lunch last week and had a mishap with our order, the dark haired girl and the guy with the glasses were very helpful.

My boyfriend and I ordered two things of the topper sticks for pickup. When we got home, both of them were not even close to cooked. It was just dough with toppings. We had to finish cooking them in our oven for another 40 minutes at home.

CJ helped us decide on a pizza and was super helpful, and my hubby and I both got the same thing but different crusts. Strongly recommend! Hi five CJ for me!
Pizza was tasteless. Dry, with barely any red sauce. Entire pizza was soggy & doughy. Had to put in a pan to finish cooking at home. Didn’t care for the prepackaged marinara sauce, which was also tasteless.

Shout out to Mia and CJ! I went in on a Saturday afternoon and basically interrogated them about ingredients due to my son’s allergies. They answered all my questions like I wasn’t a crazy lady. My son has a dairy allergy so has never been able to participate when there is a pizza party. This was his first non home made pizza and he literally had tears in his eyes. He’s 9 and just wanted to get to experience what others do. I live all the way in Lake Elmo , but on the service alone, I will go back.
