Nice ambiance, good food. Not that expensive. Would come back.

This was really disappointing ramen. The ingredients themselves are good, but the end product was...mediocre at best. For the price of the food and the variety of options, I would definitely pick somewhere else to get ramen. The historic location and beautiful interior is another thing. I was really impressed with the aesthetic of the inside, which is why it hurts to say I wasn't impressed.

Double the price of most ramen shops, but you get what you pay for. Had the Tonkotsu with added black garlic (mayu) and woah baby was it amazing. A depth of flavor I have only ever found at Ramen Kazama.
The cocktails were also amazing.

Very cool decor and vibe to the place. Staff was friendly and attentive. I could tell the chef is passionate about ramen by the food, though.
The ramen was stellar. One of, if not, the best ramen I've had. Every ingredient was perfectly prepped and the broth delish. Truly tasty and i will 1000% be back. Yum!

This was my first time coming here. We had a reservation and still had to wait 30 mins to be seated even though our table was ready because nobody bothered to come over and ask us if we had a reservation. I get that they were busy but it literally takes 1 min to stop and ask if we have a reservation and seat us. I got the Bali Bali Ramen. It was the BEST ramen I ever had. I will definitely be coming back for it. It was so good!

It’s expensive ramen served in a historic, restored train car. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had, but also not the worst. Service is spectacular. It’s worth a visit for the experience and ambiance of the place. You’ll leave satisfied, but maybe not wowed.

Queue the drool... The Bali Ramen is to DIE for. The deep ramen flavor with tehini is just addicting. I absolutely love this place. You can just feel the love put into each of these dishes by Chef/Owner Jason, who is incredibly talented. Great atmosphere in a little train setting with dimmed lights. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for legit ramen.

Ramen was good, rich and flavorful. But 2 bowls of ramen, a cucumber app and a glass of house wine was $95 after charges and a 15% tip. Nothing was bad but it didn’t feel worth the cost. Well staffed.

As everyone keeps saying, the flavors are out of this world. We loved our two dishes and it was enough for lunch the next day. If you want to save a little, bring cash!

Went here for a late night dinner and we were amazed at how delicious the food and cocktails were. The service was great, seated immediately and served within 15 minutes or less. We ordered the Korean and the shoyu ramen and were very happy with the portions. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet which was nice. Easy to dine here with a vegetarian as well! Recommended ramen spot.
Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes have a vegetarian and vegan alternative and they can be easily modified

I ordered the spicy shoyu and it was great! The spice was comfortable (I have a high spice tolerance) and the flavors are great. I do agree with others that the broth didn't blow me away, but I did still enjoy it. Was also kinda sad that there wasn't traditional Ramen spoons to enjoy the broth with.

Don’t get me wrong the service was good but the food was terrible. I tried the Korean duck ramen and it was not great. It tasted like a soy marinade, it had to much going on and worse of all I found tiny bones in my bowl of ramen. Not as good as people say it was! Will not be coming back.
