A classic Saint Paul neighborhood bar, with simple grub yet so affordable, a mix of Asian and American. All served as takeaway but you can eat it there if you want and the portions are gigantic. There's bingo two nights a week, a Friday afternoon meat raffle, and pulltabs/etabs. Locals are the majority of the clientele but for all its grittiness, it's a safe place with patrons who care about the establishment! Watch out for the parking lot. It's a dirt lot minefield of potholes that will destroy your transmission of you go faster than 1 mph.

Fried Rice was good but Not $24.00 good. $15.25 for 1 drink. 1st and last time going there. Tried ordering over the phone. They just dont answer. Wasn't busy at all. I cant do it again.

I went with someone for pickup for the first time as I was told their shrimp fried rice is really good, it's $20. I got it, both the shrimp, snd chicken fried rice and i got their oyster wings, and yes, it's very tasty. The service was, eh, the chick helping us seemed annoyed and rude. And they put a tip charge automatically for takeout, which is messed up because with an attitude like that, there's no way I would have left her a tip, especially for TAKEOUT. I would try it again bit I would eat in.
I only came for the fried rice. The bar tender is very nice. And the chicken fried rice taste good, They could be a little lighter on the bean sprouts but thankfully I like bean sprouts.

Saw ppl on FB post the fried rice looked delicious had to try but eh, not really impressed. The do give you a nice portion though so I have rice I don’t want to eat for days to come. The oyster wings ? they gave me the fat drummies. I don’t get how wings turn into drummies but they taste different wings are white meat, what was given to me was fat meaty tasted like dark met, just didnt go with oyster. Bartender was cordial. It was like 1p on a Saturday when I went and it was pretty dry about 6 ppl there. Three most the “wings” away clumped together bluh

The bar tender was extremely rude, non attentive, and literally ignored me when I was standing at the bar right in front of her.I came with a friend to eat lunch. We both sat down at a table, and no one acknowledged us, so I finally went up to the bar to ask how we ordered food, and she finally gave me menus.I had to walk up to the bar (again) to place a meal order and was ignored several times.When we were done eating, cashing out was like pulling teeth - both my friend and I went up to the bar separately and weren't acknowledged for a length of time.Before leaving, I asked the cook for to-go boxes. He was the friendliest person there.We left frustrated and bewildered - the bar tenders' manners were absolutely offensive.

They been taking tips off my card without my permission, very rude and the kitchen is very nasty found hair in my rice... I will be getting a lawyer. Tips are not mandatory, I pick my food up everytime. The service is bad and don't get food from there. They won't let you place a over the phone order unless you pay a 10 percent tip.
