The processing price for a Deer was extremely expensive. I had an Elk with 200 pounds of meat processed and it cost me $200. The Elk was cheap in comparison to the Deer. The deer meat cost was $475 processing 75 pounds of deer. I don’t recommend the place at all. Don’t ever go back there if you’re wanting anything processed.

Bought some NY Strip here yesterday about 5 pm, took it home within a half hour, put it in my fridge. Opened them up this morning to dry brine for tonight and they smell disgusting.. haven’t been to Von Hansons in 5 years or so and now I remember why they freeze everything. I’ll be back in today for either a replacement or a refund. I’ll take my review down if they handle it well. Only reason you get two stars is the kid who rang me up was very nice and customer service has been good so far.
