It's Wendy's. Generally no gripes but this franchise should do better to plow their lot and drive thru following a Snow storm. Their parking lot area is currently very hazardous.

My food is always cold when I get it. It’s a real let down. I come here to eat hot and fresh Wendys because It is my preferable fast food but every time I come here at this location, it makes me never want To come back because it’s always cold

I ordered two four pieces and came home there was only two in one box and two in another ridiculous and charged me 15$ got me so messed up employee sucked bad experience smh fr and she gave me no receipt so hell if i know what she even chargerd me for smfh
This Wendy’s likes to serve raw burger patties cooked well below 160°… I ordered a Dave’s triple and the middle patty was completely pink! I’m thankful that DoorDash was able to reimburse my order.

God this place is awful. The staff is so rude and nasty. Restaurant is dirty and their breakfast menu is way smaller than other Wendy's.

I waited in the drive through for my online breakfast order. I got there at 1025 and waited in line, they told me to pull up to the window, by the time I pulled up they told me I couldn't get my order because breakfast was over......seriously was some bs. Also wasted my $15 coupon

Didn't get to eat here as my client and I HAVE to order separately and they wouldn't do that in the drive through. It feels descriminatory against people with disabilities and their caregiving staff! This is the second Wendy's that did that to us, but at least this one wasn't extremely rude. We didn't go in, partly because, the other Wendy's that did that to us had an employee that did do anything, but just made an infuriating face at us: the kind that has launched a thousand punches! I don't like getting that angry at people.
Went to another Wendy’s recently (wasn’t bad) but this location had the food coming out quick and great service!
