Food sizes have gotten much smaller and the prices are a total RIP off for what you get. I will not be visiting any fast food restaurants because of the over price gauging and shrinking of the food sizes and lack of food specials, plus this food is not a healthy choice.

If you are picking up an order with Uber eats or doordash, and it is anytime after 2:00 a.m., do not bother traveling all the way to this wendy's, because they refuse to make and service any Uber eats or doordash orders after that time. Uber and Wendy's still allow the customers to place and pay for the order, but when you get to the store you will find that the the staff at the store will refuse to make the order. Just letting everyone know to try to save you some time and money

The nice man who handed us our food told me the older, yak jawed, large pupiled, older, white woman with short brown hair’s name who cussed us out for picking up a dropped quarter in the drive thru was Diana. She said it was their fxcking change laying on the ground outside of the window. We are staying nearby in a hotel and decided to walk to Wendy’s since it is open 24 hours. I had already placed the order and paid when we arrived to find the lobby locked. Since the money was out of my account, we walked up to the drive thru window. There were no signs saying pedestrians couldn’t be served, and either way, I needed the food or a refund in order to eat tonight.This woman also cussed at the person in the car in front of us when they asked for a sauce. She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in customer service including fast food management for 16 years. The man apologized to us for her, I can’t imagine how she treats other employees if that’s how she treats customers. She truly appeared to be on some sort of stimulant, which would explain her vicious attitude as they commonly cause aggression/agitation.They also left off the sour cream and chives off the baked potato as ordered.I will be contacting the manager in the morning, who hopefully has better communication skills.

Not how I remembered it when I'd have Wendys in 1979. Chili was thin , no cheese, no veggies on baconator, was dry. Butter for baked potatoes was not real chives were dried. Loved the pop selection , but then screaming kids came in and adult with them was breathing through her mouth ,so not much hope for manners. I went in cuz I wanted a quiet place to eat and do work, but employees started sweeping and screeching every chair leg across the ceramic floor actually hurt my ears. I don't think sweeper could tell because she had some kind of scarf over her ears, intended to keep people from engaging with her ? IDK, but I left . Won't be back.

I was trying to get at order today around 2:00 pm ,I went to the drive thru and the person who was getting my order she was extremely rude to me while she was taking my order, She scream to me really bad making me feel that I’m dub person because I was asking about a one deal that I saw on tv and I wasn’t sure what combo was or how they call it and I was trying to explain to her but she definitely didn’t take the time to pay attention what I was trying to explain to her , she right away got mad at me with a really bad attitude . I talked to the manager and he didn’t care or apologize to me, I was so upset and frustrated because I just was trying to get my order, In this point a I feel they don’t really care about the customer. Also I hear on the back the same person who was rude to me make a comment saying that i was trying to get a free meal but i didn’t because I Do have my own money .What a really bad customers service they have in this location.

Went thru drive thru today at 5:30 am. Latino lady who took my order was rushing me to place the order. Then only to get the order wrong. Didnt get my breakfast potatoes in one meal and the wrong sandwich on the others. Went back to correct and was told I couldnt order a meal without a drink so I had to purchase the potatoes and wanted it fresh since I had to drive all the way back I was told I had to pay to get fresh food after spending 26 dollars and getting the wrong food because she wasn’t listening she was very rude and un attentive. Just being rude. Then the potatoes I had to purchase should have been fresh but it to was cold. Tried calling but nothing but a voicemail. She really needs to be fired because she doesn’t like working at Wendy’s keep a smile and be polite and the customer is always right when it come to their food you just can’t give out what you want.

I just got off work, and went to this Wendy's to go get a frosty and fries. Ended up waiting in line, and once it's my turn to pay I show them the QR code to scan, so the friends would end up free. The price didn't change at all, and when the woman went to go get the manager was when I got bad service. The old woman was telling me "I need to tell them at the speaker that I had a coupon" despite the fact that the app uses QR CODES. What difference does it make, and before the manager tried scanning my phone again. She said "I can't guarantee anything ??" like tf? What kind of service is this where the customer wastes time tryna order, and you clearly don't like your job. I get it that food service sucks, but at that point you need to get a different job or retire. It ain't the customers fault Wendy's system doesn't wanna work. Normally I go to this location because its the only one near by, but this really did sour the experience.
