This was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The drive-through at this Wendy’s is a complete mess, and the person taking orders, Evelin, made it even worse. She was extremely rude, hard to communicate with, and acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience.

My order was messed up three different times, and somehow I still got overcharged. At no point did Evelin show any effort to fix the situation or even acknowledge the mistakes. The attitude was terrible, the service was sloppy, and the whole experience felt like no one there cares about doing their job.

If this is the level of customer service they’re allowing, management seriously needs to step in. I will NOT be returning to this location until they replace or retrain the people working the drive-through.

Save yourself the frustration — this Wendy’s is a disaster.

The workers here are extremely rude. They barely answer you at the drive thru order screen. So, I drove up to the payment window and they ignored me for 5 mins until. Someone came to the window and yelled and slammed the window in my face. The one who served me is Hispanic woman and claimed she is the manager, her name is supposedly “Kate” (made up name, I’m sure) I will not spend a penny here again. I hope they get shut down. Trashy location. Trashy workers. Disgusting service.

Terrible wait time for a slow hour. Food was prepared and set on the counter for it to just sit there for 20 minutes while nobody was at the counter to give it to me. Meanwhile employees are slacking off in the lounge area and talking crap about each other instead of just doing their job.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 3. Waited 10+ minutes for the meal and was brought a #8 instead. When I returned “Maria” was rude. I asked for a refund and she dropped the change saying “oops I dropped it”

When there's three people in line and you're still waiting for 15 minutes to put in an order, the restaurant clearly has no idea what they're doing.

Been here multiple times. Each time they screwed up the order a bit— this last time they didn’t even give me half the food I ordered, still charged me for the full price, and some of the food they *did* give was wrong.

I only ordered a baconator as I was hungry, hadn't eaten all day. 4-5 hours later I was regretting my decision. I'll spare you the gory details but let's say I say in the bathroom for a while . I thought this location was better than the one closer to the capital but I'll just skip Wendy's all together now.
