I waited over 5 minutes at the register, making eye contact with 4 people and speaking to the 2 who came within 10 feet of me before a single employee acknowledged my existence. My order had been ready for a total 15 minutes (part of which they struggled to find it amongst the 3 bags under the heat lamp) before I had all the items on my receipt, 7 with me waiting in the store. Food is decent, it’s hard to mess up Wendy’s.

I was told my $30 gift card didn't have enough balance to cover a $28 order, and when given the bag it had incorrect items with no receipt to verify how much was on the card or what I had ordered. Felt like I got robbed.

If I could rate a zero I would. My nugget looked molded and the other nuggets was like cardboard. Baked potatoes tasted like soap. Both of our sandwiches were pink and both of the fries were cold. And she kept having his wait to order, then she was rude at the window. It felt like she didn't give a crap and wanted to push you through the drive-thru. Never going here again, EVER! We ended up ordering Domino's and they were better than Wendy's. I do NOT recommend them! 😡🤬

Order 40 dollars worth of food and they forgot one of my meals and also I ordered a chili. They didn’t put any sour cream. No spoon didn’t even give me crackers, I am very, very, very disappointed

Pretty legit. Super chill and fast. We went inside, 3 of us ordered and it took about 5 mins or less. Nice to have that parking lot right off university also so it's not so much of a shit show. Food seems like smaller amounts but that's everything these days. The biggie bag is a good deal in my opinion. $5 for 4 nuggets, a drink, fries and one of their smaller sandwiches. Overall great experience
