The young man at the counter tried to help me with the app. Even he couldn't figure it out. LOL I thought all young people knew all that stuff. The food was a Little cool when I got it. But was still good. Buns weren't as steamy as when I usually get it. But this is a new place for me. I appreciate the hard work they put in. Thanks to the crew I got my White Castle to Wisconsin. 😊

Lobby hours are not honored. Doors locked and they’re telling me to go through the drive through in my 13 ft high box truck, when their crane posted is a little over 9ft.

I was very amazed, 100% Accuracy on what I ordered, I order some sliders no cheese with extra Pickles, and small fish n8bbers and a small fries.
I order showed on the drive-through screen 100% current and the people that greeted me at the drive-through window were very nice, and the food was amazing as Usual

I have to admit, I was never a huge fan of White Castle until I discovered the location on Rice St. From the moment I started eating there, my opinion completely changed—I ended up loving their food!
Every time I’ve visited, the food has been fresh and hot. Yes, you might have to wait a little longer for your order, but I promise you, it’s worth every minute. The quality speaks for itself.
In comparison, the nearest location to me in West Saint Paul is a completely different experience. I'd rather eat from a dump than go there! If you're looking for delicious, satisfying food , I highly recommend the White Castle on Rice St. You won't be disappointed!
