I was very amazed, 100% Accuracy on what I ordered, I order some sliders no cheese with extra Pickles, and small fish n8bbers and a small fries.
I order showed on the drive-through screen 100% current and the people that greeted me at the drive-through window were very nice, and the food was amazing as Usual

I have to admit, I was never a huge fan of White Castle until I discovered the location on Rice St. From the moment I started eating there, my opinion completely changed—I ended up loving their food!
Every time I’ve visited, the food has been fresh and hot. Yes, you might have to wait a little longer for your order, but I promise you, it’s worth every minute. The quality speaks for itself.
In comparison, the nearest location to me in West Saint Paul is a completely different experience. I'd rather eat from a dump than go there! If you're looking for delicious, satisfying food , I highly recommend the White Castle on Rice St. You won't be disappointed!

The site was not very clean & the oil for the fried food tasted old. We had shrimp, chicken sandwiches & fried mac-n-cheese wedges. They all tasted old due to the fried oil. Very disappointed!

You don't come for the service, you come for the Sliders. This was my first experience having my order taken by AI. I can't say I enjoyed it and I can say it didn't make the ordering process any faster. Is it just me or has White Castle gotten spendy?? My food was hot and fresh and I appreciate that! This is a MN staple so I'll be back!!

I just thought this wonderful young lady with a amazing spirit as a matter of fact I will drive the extra mile to go to this location with my closes location being Lexington Pkwy and I live several miles from that location. So with the said her name is Marnita. To all the higher ups please pay attention to this rising star you have employed and appreciates all that she brings to this company. Her energy is infectious as well as her joy that just radiates along with her kindness and just how she greets the customers like myself. Job well done to her parents. She is amazing treats people like humans with kindness and dignity that's rare theses days. White Castle pay her accordingly you never know the feet you step on today might just be attached to the butt you might need to kiss in the future. If I had a company I would take her fast as she and her qualities are an asset for any company.
