Order ur case in the store rather than online. There is a big price difference

Waited 30 mins in parking lot on food. While workers sat inside watching me. I walk up and asked what’s taking so long. Telling me they thought I left. Too lazy to come out and bring my food instead, waited for me to come to window Fire everybody in the restaurant…. Never again will I stop at this White Castle or any!!!

It's a white castle. Consistent. The counter worker is very friendly and upbeat. They had a challenging customer at the counter while I was eating, the counter worker handled it like a champ. Somehow he could understand the person.
Been there many times they don't give trays anymore which is difficult when you what to eat there

Reminds me of a kid growing up in the Midwest.
Parking: Great location, off the light rail. Staff really pay attention to detail. The eating area was spotless. The store on University St. St Paul, delivered, although I dined in. For clarity, they don't deliver. The only drawback. "Corporately speaking", they are missing out on Boat Loads of money.

I went through the drive thru yesterday at 11:20 am. It was a long wait. The car in from had been there for five minutes he then pulled off. I pulled up. No one even said anything. About 5 minutes later. I asked were they open. Then a lady yelled very loud and run and said could you be patient. I'm from another store. I just pulled off. Please train your staff on customer service. I'm sure yall lost money yesterday.
