I went through the drive thru after placing a mobile order. The food was good and the employee at the window was nice, but it took at least 15 minutes from the speaker to getting my food at the window. There were 4 cars ahead of me, but each car had to sit at the window for 5-7 minutes before they would take our order.

Very long wait for the food and still they got it wrong. They didn't give us our onion chips, cheese sauce, and messed up my drinks. There's literally like 2 workers. Very rude lady at the drive thru. She shouted in the drive thru for us to go ahead. If you're unhappy working there, go work somewhere else that you don't have to deal with people. Will not waste a cent here again!

Went through drive thru it was a little slow I had order a number 7 it took 5 mins. But all ur food is fast food fresh even after returning home. The staff there is friendly. It's most definitely a family friendly environment. The young women in drive thru is always extra warm/friendly.

Don’t come to this White Castle. Staff are rude and take forever. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I had to go through the drive thru twice. Multiple people left the drive thru line. Came around 10:30 pm on a weekday.
