I love White Castle and the food is good. But this store is really, really slow, especially the drive thru. I think they take and complete only one order at a time. The last two times I got in line with like two people in front of me it took about 15 minutes to get to the speaker. I don't go there for lunch anymore because I'll be late getting back to the office.

I have been to this White Castle twice within the last week and it is nearly impossible to order unless you speak Spanish. Please have someone work the window that can understand English.

If you've ever eaten at a White Castle, you know how the burgers taste. Ours were perfect. Good customer service. We used drive-thru. It was very quick.
I didn't go inside. I went to the White Bear Ave store. I had 2 of the best cheeseburgers ever from WC. Fresh, steamed bun, right off the grill. Just great. I hate when a whitey has a dry bun. Also the guy at the window was great. Note the time and give the guy a pat on the back.
