Great local dive bar. Checked it out for my first time on Saturday night with a elderly friend. Warm welcoming mixed aged crowd of locals . Made me feel at home like I been going there for years. Had a blast and made great memories and new friends. Suprised myself I was there till last call I was having so much fun! Well definitely be going back to shoot some pool and keep my reputation alive 😉❤️😘

Willard's over Borns any day, some get whoop up real quick, but security and bartenders be on they shit they get it cleaned up and make sure people can still enjoy they're evening. Bartenders and security do a great job making people feel at home. I love to see Willard's packed inside and out, Best Black Owned bar in St Paul you can always have you a good time at Willard's. This is where grown people can get chopped and silly and still know how to act w one another. I appreciate my black people for that.

I don’t drink, so I don’t come here, but I live two minutes walk away and always have to drive by to get to my home. I just need to say the people here are so friendly and they always seem to be having a wonderful time when I see them hosting large gatherings. I also often drive by on my way to work early in the morning and on multiple occasions I have seen a gentleman who I believe may be the owner or affiliated with the family that owns it CLEANING THE GARBAGE OFF THE STREET. Seriously what an amazing thing. I’m glad they are in my neighborhood, if I ever do need liquor I will know where to go.

I usually go during the open mic’d karoake segment to support Jay Bs Karoake movement. I love it good energy everytime. People dance, sing, and play pool all while we have dope conversations meet up with old friends and all while the host keeps us laughing and dancing. I also had my single release party here. It was a beautiful event. It’s definitely a vibe come and have fun, but make sure you leave that bull stuff at home.!! #youfoundme 💜👑🙏🏽💪🏽🤞🏽
