I like a good chicken tender and Wingstop is the place to go and they let you sample the chicken flavors the food is 🔥 and fresh the store is very clean ten minutes tops to get your food that's not bad for chicken the manger is right in front making sure that her team is running a tight shift.

The manger told me go ahead and put a complaint on personally her name was Zaria. They completely got our food order wrong thy provided us with chicken tenders instead of our original order. Then proceeded to not give us any napkins or good service after they messed up the order. Once we confirmed the order was incorrect the manager enforced that they didn’t give out any napkins and didn’t have a resources for the food that was provided and told me put in a complaint online.

I payed for food for me and my kids and DIDNT even receive all of my food that I purchased and my order wasn’t a cheap order either I plan on going in tomorrow to address this as well

Orders visibly stacking up as the employees seem to stand around and do nothing. Not even dinner rush and my order took over double the normal time for other locations. First bad experience with Wingstop. Disappointed.

On August 29, 2025, I stopped at WingStop to get some wings. I stated my order of one 10-piece order of lemon pepper and one 10-piece order of atomic wings. I ended up having to repeat myself twice to the cashier Guadalupe. When we got our order, we got one 10-piece order of the lemon pepper and a 20-piece order of the atomic wings. The worker messed up my order so instead of getting the correct order and paying a lesser amount, I was charged more for an order that I did not initially ask for. I do not plan on going back to this store again.

Don’t deserve even star, if you can’t do your job. Why bother to even show up. Last time give my order to the wrong customer, to food was soaked with oil.Pathetic as people. Will never spend dime here again.

Never got 2 of my 3 bags. Called the store and waited an hour on hold and then was hung up on. Submitting an online issue about the store or going in person appears to be the only way to get ahold of them.
Cajun Fries were good, soda was flat and had no flavor so I assume the machine needed to be changed. Wings were okay—I couldn’t taste a difference between the Korea BBQ and the regular BBQ but my Parmesan garlic didn’t have any garlic 😠literally just naked wings with cheese on top

Second bad visit. This time I get home to see I haven’t even gotten the food I ordered. It’s not what I ordered. I looked at the receipt and it too, also not what I asked for. But I know y’all ain’t gonna make it right. Because y’all practice the opposite of customer service. I’m calling corporate and seeing what I can do about getting the staff here changed and retraining. I hope you all have a good work week ripping people off. Taking there money and giving them whatever and never having accountability or humility or ever being humble. I’m calling BBB and the city and food and drug administration. Whoever I can. I’m calling. You’re not gonna take my money and turn your back. I’m coming for mine.
