I ordered over $45 worth of food and none of it came out any good. It was soggy. It was overdone with their their seasoning and it was just the worst experience I've ever had in my wife's birthday was that day and I have not been able to get any help from anybody. All the manager keeps saying is I need to find my receipt. And wow I can't find it of course but either way it goes. I would never suggest this place ever

got my food from the app delivered through doordash, and the bag wasn’t even sealed. some of my wings were gone, missing a fry as well. i called the next day and the manager said he would put in a refund for me, which was three weeks ago. rude staff, i recommend going to the location by roseville target. it’s truly not that hard to push a sticker onto a bag to ensure it’s sealed and lacks tampering. it’s truly not that hard to process a refund.

I order from this location semi-frequently. There have been multiple times that the order has been wrong, and drinks have been missing from the order when delivered. I’ve ordered classic bone-in wings and received boneless (which cost less, so I paid more for an order that I didn’t receive), paid for drinks I didn’t receive, and unfortunately I will not be sending any more business to this location. My fault for loving wingstop but these experiences have been less than on-par with what I’d expect from a pseudo fast-food place.

Everytime I use DoorDash instead of coming in I get disgusting food. You guys had my dasher wait 20 minutes in store and still couldn’t even sauce my wings correctly or give me fresh fries. I mean you had to have seen how DRY this food was before you Confidently gave it to a customer It’s like you guys don’t care about online orders just throwing crap in a bag. Gross

ordered online and we did the boneless meal deal. 7 korean bbq 10 cajun and 3 Louisiana hot rub and 2 ranch. we only received 4 korean bbq and we did not get our ranch. this has happened many times and i have never left a review. very disappointed.

Employees locking other employees in the freezer, crawling on the floor, touching each other laughing. Not a single person washed their hands or wore gloves. Will not return to an unsanitary and unprofessional place. Glad I got it on video tho.

I've came to this wingstop a few times and their food is always consistent. I tend to order off the app so I don't have to wait for my food and their prep time is very accurate. After 4 great visits, they made one mistake today and gave me less food. I reached out to the location and the owner went above and beyond in customer service. Simply meant to leave feedback but he went the extra mile. I'll definitely continue to come to this franchise especially since wingstop is the only wing worthy location in all of MN. Atomic wings and Bdubs are awful. I said it.

Small crowded shop, cooked to order is good, but still a long wait - definitely order ahead of you can. Chicken was ok, but dry, needs dip to be able to eat it. I've had much better frozen.
Fries were there, but I'd pass if you like crispy, these were not.
Overall, I don't get the hype.

Ordered take out on a busy night. Had no idea there was a festival in the area. My food was ready in time and was fresh. Even though the employees were busy they were still extremely helpful, organized and nice. I got the hot honey rub chicken tenders, lemon pepper fries, and Cajun corn. Tenders were still crispy 45 mins later. Fries got soggy really quick. Cajun corn is amazing and I wish they offered them in a bigger size!
