Horrible rude staff, I came into order and as I was waiting—the two employees upfront, a female and male were speaking about my appearance and just making fun of the way I may have looked. Not coming back, I barely even wanted to walk because it was so cold but this was definitely more of a reason not too. The area is already horrible, so this definitely tops it. Maybe if this store had supermodels working here, but they don’t, very average unappealing looking people…you’d think they wouldn’t pick apart their customers appearance/facial features etc. given that but evidently not. Hopefully they get fired, unprofessional and disrespectful. The next customers won’t be so kind hopefully…

I didn’t get my ranch on my last delivery order and I spent over 150 dollars….so me coming in for a pick up order instead and after speaking with someone on the phone to ask for extra ranch AND after being told I could just come in and explain is a bit annoying, and I got another order over 100 bucks and I can get some extra ranch…AND that was the manager lady! Do better next time…okay bye!

I did a delivery order at this place. The minute they said that my order was cooking about going to be delivered. My order got canceled. I called them four times and was placed on hold for 4 HOURS! I got not refund and didn’t even get my food. Don’t order from here!

My first time ever trying wingstop. Ordered through Uber eats. I got just BBQ boneless wings and plain ones. It made me really sick after, really bad nausea and was in the restroom for hours throwing up afterwards into today.

I came in ordering stuff all wrong sayin Cajun when it was Louisiana rub I wanted.. the staff was so helpful even though it was MY mistake. Kiki and the guy(can’t think of his name cute chubby Hispanic guy) they fixed it for me and was cool about it.. now my question is WHY CORPORATE WONT LET THEM TAKE TIPS!!!! They deserve it..

I ordered through the Wingstop App. This location is one of the worst ones I have had. They barely season anything. My chicken sandwich was just seasoned on the top of the chicken patty, no seasoning on the bottom. The chicken wings were not very seasoned either. I was missing a 10 piece corn as well. I can’t call the location to make it right, their voicemail box is full apparently. This was an overall frustrating experience. My pop also had almost no ice when I received it, like it was sitting there waiting for my food to be done.
