I can always count on Wingstop for tasty wings. I walked into this location today and ordered. They had my food ready in 10 minutes, the music was fabulous, and the customer service was outstanding.
We ordered delivery from the Wingstop on Maryland in Saint Paul MN for the first time. We received notifications that the driver Josue was approaching early, but went out and never saw him. We called and texted him several times and there was no answer. We called the store and they offered no explanation or apology. They just said they could give either a refund or remake the food, but only for pickup. We asked for a refund and it says 5-7 business days so Iāll follow up in 8 days to update on whether or not they gave it back.

Horrible rude staff, I came into order and as I was waitingāthe two employees upfront, a female and male were speaking about my appearance and just making fun of the way I may have looked. Not coming back, I barely even wanted to walk because it was so cold but this was definitely more of a reason not too. The area is already horrible, so this definitely tops it. Maybe if this store had supermodels working here, but they donāt, very average unappealing looking peopleā¦youād think they wouldnāt pick apart their customers appearance/facial features etc. given that but evidently not. Hopefully they get fired, unprofessional and disrespectful. The next customers wonāt be so kind hopefullyā¦

I didnāt get my ranch on my last delivery order and I spent over 150 dollarsā¦.so me coming in for a pick up order instead and after speaking with someone on the phone to ask for extra ranch AND after being told I could just come in and explain is a bit annoying, and I got another order over 100 bucks and I can get some extra ranchā¦AND that was the manager lady! Do better next timeā¦okay bye!

I did a delivery order at this place. The minute they said that my order was cooking about going to be delivered. My order got canceled. I called them four times and was placed on hold for 4 HOURS! I got not refund and didnāt even get my food. Donāt order from here!

My food was overly seasoned. I feel like it was a waste of money. The season was overwhelming š© š« and I definitely was not satisfied. Louisiana voodoo fries was overly seasoned with too much. I just wish I went elsewhere for food.
