Donuts were dry, maybe stale. Not the great donuts I expect. Place looks emptied out. I have bought donuts at Woullets for over 30 years. This was my last time

Don’t get donuts often but thought I would pick up a treat. Thanks for the obvious day old donuts you charged me full price for. I guess the day after the 4th of July is not the day to buy. Never going back. How incredibly shortsighted.

Do not order a custom cake from here!! Asked for a golf ball smash cake for my son’s birthday and got this sad little thing.
Still a Good selection for mid afternoon

I wish I would have skimmed the reviews here before trusting Wuollet with a birthday cake. Photos are the cake we ordered online, and the one waiting for us when we went to pick it up. I should note we had to write the message ourselves and my daughter helped decorate it. I wouldn't trust Wuollet with a donut, much less a cake.

When it comes to celebration cakes, our family has relied on Woolley Bakery for over 20 years. Sadly, the quality has really slipped - our Easter order for carrot cake was misplaced so we got a Princess Torte out of the case - it was dry and skimpy on filling. This week we got a carrot cake for a birthday party and it was bland - the cake lacking in any spice/flavor and the frosting having no hint /twang of cream cheese. These cakes aren’t worth the price anymore.

I ordered a custom cake online a week ahead of time. When I went to pick up the cake, it wasn’t completed and it wouldn’t be able to be completed in time. Not much interest in the staff to help solve the issue. I ended up buying an off the shelf cake instead.

Wasn’t the first and surely won’t be the last. Customized birthday cake was totally delicious and oh so pretty.

She was unnecessarily mean and we had to do the writing on the cake ourselves because she “ couldn’t “. I don’t recommend
Completely forgot one cake on a two cake order for graduation. The woman (I presume to be the owner) was very rude and kept saying mistakes happen. While I completely understand that mistakes happen, she didn’t comp or discount the premade cake she offered up instead. On top of that, she wouldn’t write on the premade cake what we had ordered on the original cake. She told me that I had to go to a different store, get the supplies and do the writing on the cake myself. The whole time I was trying to figure this cake issue she was snippy and rude. After this whole encounter I was very frustrated of the lack of good customer service, I work in customer service, I pushed for a discount on the cake. She continued to be rude but reluctantly gave me 10 dollars off a 125 dollar order. Will not be going back, super unprofessional and unwilling to own up to their mistakes and fix them.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My family ordered two cakes for a joint graduation-birthday celebration. Unfortunately, Woullet made a mistake and only produced one cake for the order. When my little cousin asked if a replacement could be provided, the surly baker plunked a swamp green cake on the counter without inquiring about flavor preference, allergy restrictions, etc and also refused to write a simple “Happy Birthday” message. She then gave a hollow lecture about how my cousin was not appropriately respectful, despite the fact that it was Wuollet which had omitted the controversial cake from the order. I advise to avoid
I ordered 2 cakes for my 2 son’s graduation weekend with plenty of notice. When I came to pick them up, they had forgotten one of the cakes and when I asked if they could compensate somehow, the cashier was extremely rude and told me “tough luck.” Warning: order your cakes elsewhere!
