This is a true diamond in the rough it's a small restaurant but big on atmosphere and big on presence the guy that took our order gave us an extensive history all the way back to its beginnings

What an awesome place!! The upstairs is such a cozy vibe with the comfy chairs and fireplace (order at the bar but they'll bring your food up to you), the beer list is extensive, the staff are friendly, and the sausages and soft pretzels were excellent! I'm already looking forward to going back next time I'm in St Paul. Parking on the neighborhood streets was plentiful.

Really unique atmosphere. It's got a pretty fancy vibe everyone was dressed pretty casually. They don't make cocktails. However, they have an impressively large selection of beers, wine, and ciders. Really nice place!
