If something doesn't work like the machine to make a shake maybe put a note on the app saying as much. Waste of time when you show up and they say oh yeah its broken.
Only ever done mobile orders here. wait seems longer than normal but that seems to be par for BK. Never missing any food but the Soda always has a weird taste, I never ordered diet but it always tastes like diet.
Had to change the rating. New staff much more friendly and service has significantly improved
