The food is way better than McDonald's (personal opinion), but they got rid of apple pies. I have been getting apple pies at Burger King for 36 years. Not happy with that decision at all.
Lousy customer service. Very slow at getting your order to you. I post this because last night I got there at 9:30. Online it said this BK closed at 11:00 pm. Even if it was a mistake online, all the lights inside the BK were on and nothing to indicate it was closed. Lights on and no one is home. Kind of sums up this BKThis BK is in Sartell and it’s the worst BK in the area. Sartell deserves better.

What has happened to this place? Drive-thru menus are falling apart, lights in menu board burnt out, speaker/mic for ordering barely function, exterior wall as I drove up was filthy, can't get a shake because the machine is STILL broken, my burger tasted like the meat was old...everything has fallen into disrepair. Did the owner skip town or something??? BK used to be my fave fast food joint, but apparently this location doesn't care about their quality and hospitality anymore....read full review
