I ordered coconut shrimp, cheese wonton, egg roll, fried rice today 12-23-25. the lettuce under the shrimp was dark brown and slimy, the green onion in the wonton was also brown, the egg roll contents smelled. the shrimp was off as well. they were surprised that I had a problem with the food. Especially the lettuce. they said that the lettuce was not to be eaten so it was fine to put it under the shrimp. I received a refund minus the $5 tip. Ordered online and got confirmation email that my food would be ready. Arrived at store and found out they had closed for the day. When I called the next day they said they don't do their online services. No manager or owner available. Kid that answered the phone said he started 2 weeks ago and the owner and manager never come in.
I had ordered for delivery at my work. The driver was 20 mins late. I was waiting for him. When he finally arrived I went back to work already. I was told from my front desk that he was mad because I wasn’t physically there to get the food. He wanted me to tip him. So he got mad because I couldn’t do it because I had to go back to work since he was late. Really poor service.
