I was greatly ompressed by Sandra As I entereded the facilty I noticed Sandra assisting a Deaf Hard of Hearing customer using sign language As a Special Education Teacher it was a beautiful sight Not only is Sandra beautiful in her appearance but also her heart She truly cares about her customers When it was time to order She showed me the same compassion and patience I had a wonderful experince and all staff was working as a team But most of all please recognize Sandra on my behalf Perhaps your store could give her a gift card She is am amazing employee Andvtruly deserves a bonus

Service was mediocre, not the best attitude or friendliness or congeniality and no smiles... Tables most of them especially the booths were dirty while the employee crew was just standing around and talking, and at one point I think I heard a joke and laughter being told
We got there for lunch around 1:00. Waited about 6 minutes for our freshly prepared food. The fish sandwich was steaming hot and coating crispy. We enjoyed the green shamrock shakes with our meal which were the best!

Holy cow, what absolutely stellar service from the GM and Alicia!! I wish I had gotten the cook's name, because this is honestly the best looking, and best tasting Arby's I've ever had! Savage always knocks it out of the park! I will definitely be calling corporate to tell them how wonderful these guys are!
They were awesome with our assisted living and independent residents when we came in for a group outing. They were kind and hard working people. The residents loved the food!
