I always loved myself some Arby's, however: today I found the doors were locked. Being mindful of a local severe thunderstorm, I went to the drive-thru. In their defense, I was on a scooter, but I did wait about five minutes, perhaps they couldn't see me? I tried the last door, finding it were locked. I then went to the other side and tried the other doors again, just in case. After calling and asking if they were aware their doors were locked, they confirmed - which clarifies that I am outside.I stated an intent to order, only to be unpleasantly rebuffed. "We don't do phone orders. This isn't Pizza Hut. You will have to go through the drive-thru." Seeing the drive thru had a few cars, and I had a schedule to keep, I took my business elsewhere to a nearby local pizza chain instead.

Came through the drive through and the attendant with fake nails, half the paint chipped off (in my food?) Half her nails broken (in my food?) Had a hard time accepting my payment since she was pretty distracted with making fun of me. Needless to say I will literally never spend my money here again. I'm a regular of MANY years. Not anymore

I haven't been to this location in a long time and I don't think I'll be back. One employee was very rude and acted annoyed that I requested my online order to be picked up through the drive-through (I had small kids in the car). Then they shorted me a sandwich and didn't put any sauce in the bag or even ask! Fries were cold and not good. An overall very disappointing experience.
