I placed a mobile order for an energy drink and requested an additional half shot of cane syrup. I drank it later and it was obvious that there was no cane syrup in there! It just tasted like tonic water with a little flavor, quite gross! I tried calling to see if I could get a refund but the phone rang about 30 times and I finally gave up.
This Caribou has lots of parking, since it's in a strip mall. Convenient location, next to T-Mobile. Comfy seating. Counters, garbages and displays were clean. Food in the cases looked fresh and very tempting! Kaitlyn was friendly and really helpful with suggestions for non coffee drinks! My issue is I don't remember what it was called, or how to order it next time, so I hope she's working when I visit again! Haha
Drive thru went fine. I’ve had a few minor issues with this location but this time the barista was very kind. I asked for light ice and still didn’t get it so I think I’ll have to say no ice in the future.
