I’m giving one star because the cupcake I had was actually good. However, the store was absolutely FILTHY!! I’m talking Months old dirt, bugs, crumbs, sticky! There wasn’t a clean spot to be found and don’t even get me started on the restroom!!! This place has potential and could be so adorable With a Lot of work and scrubbing, paint, new rugs etc! They didn’t have any music playing and the kid working just sat in the back until the door opened. It’s a bummer because the concept is cute. I wish I would’ve thought to take photos.

Ordered five flavors of a dozen cupcakes each for a small wedding reception. My only regret was that I didn't get more because everyone had a hard time choosing between their amazing cupcakes! Every flavor was delicious - makes me sad there's no location in Seattle where I live!

My husband received a gift card and we took our kids to try the ice cream tonight. The cookies and cream was awesome. It has so much flavor and the waffle cone was great too! We can’t wait to try more ice cream and cake.

I love cupcakes! I had their lemon-filled cupcake and it was delicious! Wow! The cupcake was moist and flavorful. The frosting was fluffy and sweet but not over the top. The best cupcake I ever had! I will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend this cute cupcake shop!

Super cute little shop that's full of deliciousness! I tried one of their small cakes smashes.. YUM! Perfect blend of cake and creamy icecream. I also succumbed to temptation and purchased 6 additional cupcakes to dig into another time! And they aren't the tiny ones many bakeries sell, these are good sized and tons of toppings!

I was looking for a bakery to make 180 cupcakes for our wedding reception this June and I was pleased by the up-front clear pricing that Smallcakes advertised on their website. I reached out to a few other bakeries and soon realized that at $3/cupcake, Smallcakes was also the best deal compared to some of the other bakeries that ended up being $4-$5/cupcake. I ordered S'Mores cupcakes and had my mother pick them up the day of our reception. W.O.W. these cupcakes were one of the best parts of the reception, everyone complimented them. They were also HUGE! That would be my only complaint is that they were too big you had to eat them with a fork! So delicious, the cream topping was amazing. We froze our extras. I'd recommend fully thawing any frozen extras to re-experience the great frosting experience to it's full potential.

Stopped in to get some cupcakes for my dad's birthday today. A little disappointed they didn't have carrot cake but he found something else! These cupcakes were very tasty and moist. Definitely will return here.

It depends what time you go and who's working. They pack up early so even though store hours are supposed to be until 8p, if you arrive 5-10 min. before closing they've put everything away already and aren't happy to see customers. They should adjust the store hours to say 7:30p if that's when the full selection ends. Also, some times you can use your punch card to get your free cupcake applied towards a smashcake, and sometimes you can't (depends who's working). I do tend to go towards the end of the night so the cupcakes can be a little dry, but if paired with the ice cream it's a great dessert - super tasty. The ice cream is really good.
