I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and I have never had a worse sandwich. The bun was hard as a rock very stale and the chicken patty was almost unrecognizable that it looks like shoe leather. The two teenagers I had with me said there's was ok. I would rather not ever go back there.

Never again. Ordered the simple #1, bottom of bun was dry like toast. Took two bites and I was done. Fries were cold. The drink was fine. Also got the quesadilla wrap. It was simple slop. I called the number on the receipt to tell them this is not acceptable. They told me they would let the store know. I want my money back. They said no.
Large menu sign makes it very difficult to receive your food, its TOO big. Very disappointed there is NO inside dining available, food was good and a great price (special)!

Sort of a mixed review. The last time I was there is 5 stars for sure. Fast and accurate. My favorite part was that the drive thru woman walked the order out to the car behind me when it was ready before my order instead of making them wait. That is great customer service. When I was there a couple months ago, the service was slow and it took them three times to try and get the order correct. Still wasn't but we gave up and accepted what they brought.
My pregnant fiance and i were craving sonics and were doordashing in the area, and having one of the worst days ever, in fact this whole last year had been crazy for us and we have been down on our luck. All i wanted to do is put a smile on my pregnant fiances face and satisfy one of her food cravings, so when i had issues w my card i was devastated. We were trying everything inc transferring funds from reward accounts. Miron , I believe the shift Manager, came and after seeing we exhausted all resources, he offered to adjust the total to what I had available, which was 55% of our total. He gave us the godsent break weve been pleading for. How outstanding of cust service he gave us. He made our day, and made my pregnant fiances night, and a memory we will never forget. This is something i swore did not exist anymore. I will refer every1 and anyone to this sonics.. obed was pretty awesome too. Keep up the great work guys AND gals. These 2 deserve a promotion and 2 be recognized ???

I have been to this Sonic three times since moving here and literally every time has been a terrible experience. I am currently sitting in the drive thru and it has been 15 minutes…The other two times they didn’t get my order right and a long wait. I mean they have refunded every meal because of us this so that’s a plus, but I have no idea how this location is still open. I really like Sonic but the service at this one is realllllllly bad.
