I want to put a complaint of the service I received today around 4:30pm to Target get a drink and I explain to the employee how I wanna my order , I don’t even know she new or still learning but she didn’t know how to do my drink and when she give it to me it’s was nasty! So I throw it away! I want to see if I get refund or something! I was not happy with the service I got today with my drink! I understand the girl still learning but they should have someone helping her fix the problem. That’s ruin my day!!

I have been shopping at target for sometime now and started using Starbucks for refreshers and they are very tasty. But what is even better is the service I receive from this gal named Val. She is so friendly and always greets me with a smile. I look for her and if she’s working, I make sure I get a drink from her.

I refuse to go to any other Starbucks, it's never the same experience as coming here. Luckily I live within walking distance so my cat and I love to take our daily walks over to grab a coffee and maybe even a little whip cream cup ?. The main full time ladies who work here Alexis, Kerri.... And Kim are always on point. Drinks are always the same never watered down like the location up the road or the Lakeville target. They know the regulars by name and someone is usually already making your drink as you're ordering. It's the little things that make people come back over and over again. These ladies should be recognized for their effort. Keep it up! -your regular cat lady ?

This place was one of my favorite place to order my drinks, but lately they have been messing up my drinks. I always order drinks with Carmel and I pay for it but they don’t add the Carmel. I confronted about it, and they kept telling me they added it. I will not go there anymore.

This Starbucks was extremely busy at lunch time, but I was very impressed with how quick they were able to get drinks out and move people through both the drive-thru and the inside! For how busy they were, the team handled themselves very well! The drink was made perfectly, and I would anticipate that if I didn't come at lunch time I would have been impressed by their normal speed as well. The only downside, which isn't worth remoting a star for, is that their parking lot is pretty small. You may have to park just slightly next door.
Enjoy your coffee and shopping inside Target. Very good staff, they are fast also.

Was a bit slow and didn't offer or give me a receipt after adding $20 to my card. Even though they're inside a Target I wish it was the same service you'd get elsewhere. For example, can't use your rewards or points. Same thing over by the Hyvee store, can't use rewards SMH then? I just wish there was a bit more consistency with the chains...even if they're owned independently.
