Never been here....but with all the bad reviews...I might as well not go....you think it would be shut down by now when few or little customers go eat there...hope they make enough money to pay their bills and improve...that is why the 1 star rating...visit at your own risk. Reviews do make a difference...

Literally the worst ran franchise ever! They can’t get simple orders right, always run out of flat bread, and often times don’t even have bread made and have to wait for it to get done! My wife picked me up a steak egg and cheese on flat bread today. Only to find out they forgot the egg and only had enough flat bread for a 6”. How do employees forget egg on a steak egg and cheese sandwich? And how does a franchise run out of flat bread? I will never go to this location again!

So I get there and this kid takes a while to even get started because his hands are apparently wet and instead out grabbing a napkin to dry it, he’s wailing his hands to air dry them. When he finally gets around to starting my protein bowl it’s as if he doesn’t give a crap about anything but getting me out of the store. I’m not sure if he’s new or just genuinely doesn’t know how to make a protein bowl, but it seemed like everything I asked him to add he gave tiny servings of everything and was irritated that I was asking to add to my bowl. So essentially I paid $15 for a salad. Either teach him or get him out if he really hates his job that much.

This location in Savage might be the worst of the worst. Second time ordering online and our sandwiches have been made incorrectly with many of the ingredients we asked for just missing completely. Just a complete shit show of a location.

Recently remodeled interior looks incredible (2024); love the new menu, too. An online order was a bit off but the next day I was offered a refund or a re-make. Very genuine customer service and totally corrected my concerns. Thank you.

To the Owner/ manager: you have a great employee. Super friendly. But please, hire more people to support the dinner rush. One person to manage all, is so unfair. I’m making the assumption you have a lot of turn over with these conditions. I saw 3 people leave after 20 minutes. Profit loss for you. Weigh the hourly wage vs lost profit. It’s clear what you should be doing.

Extremely slow. It took 10 minutes to put meat on the bread. There was a line and the other guy just did online orders. My sandwich was wrapped so poorly. I had to rewrap it so I could take it to go. 20 minutes later they asked my husband what he wanted. They didn’t have bacon. They didn’t have ice. The soda has no carbonation so everyone is flat and tastes bad. The worse part of the whole experience was that I had a coupon and the guy didn’t know how to put in coupon so just pretended like he put it in and hoped I wouldn’t notice. He didn’t ask the other guy or call his manager for help. He threw away the coupon. Eventually he called his manager and it was a whole process to get my order refunded. Not happy that fast food took over 30 minutes for two subs.

The lack of toppings given at this location has become so bad that I will never be back. I even ask for extra and it's still less than normal...And the 2 girls working Friday afternoon were so rude. Sad to see really...

Many times I've been here and quality is poor. Customer service sub par. No stocking done, soda machine was leaking water on the floor and soda was out. They made the wrong sandwich. It was toasted too long so he just took off the cheese and put on new cold cheese. Leaving the crusty cheese on the wrapper for my dining enjoyment.

Lettuce and pickles were old. I put pickles on my sandwich when I got home. $29 for two foot longs. Not a customer in the place. The employee was nice and tables were clean. Gouging customers is not the way to do business. You will lose your franchise.

I was there a few days ago for dinner. The person behind the counter I could tell either just didn't want to be there, or just in a bad way. Never asked what size I wanted. Started to make a foot long, and I had to stop the person. Wasn't happy about it. I was in a hurry, but man he made my sandwich a sloppy mess. Took a ton of napkins just to stay somewhat clean to eat it. When you ask for garlic aoli and you get about half the bottle. It's a mess. Sevice at this location is going down hill sadly.
