Doing some running around with my daughter, stopped at this subway. I had forgotten how hungry I was it was a busy day. There was one person running the whole show. A line of five people ordering multiple sandwiches each and he was handling it with grace and a plum. I was impressed with his professionalism. Good job.

Instead of calling online customers about an item they need to replace they'll just cancel your order because they're too lazy.

Ordered through the app, picked up our 3 sandwiches and drove home. When opening up the wrapper we discovered they weren't our sandwiches. Drove back and told the manager (at least we thought he was). He rolled his eyes and looked at the young kid working, complained that since ours was wrong others would be coming back in too. We told him what our orders were, he made half the sandwiches and had the young kid finish, but spoke to him rudely. When the young worker handed us the sandwiches he apologized for the error. The manager never apologized nor offered us anything!!

My husband went there sunday evening and the place only had 1 person working and he was busting his tail, getting all the online orders and service in store customers! He had our order done and ready on time. Many places could use more workers and more like the little guy that helped that Sunday! But get him some help please!

They hire lazy employees who decide when they want to do drive through service . Some days they have it open but 95% of the time they dont . Its not a staffing shortage at this point

service from both workers was fine but they regularly switch between the register and the make line and don’t remove or even change gloves. DISGUSTING.

The only reason why I am giving it a 4 star is because of there cookies. Cuz I order there cookies for the first time and they wear not even cooked all the way through.

Terrible service, out of half the food options. Then they make me a salad and then say sorry no fork's either... you can't run business with only inside the no. Thinkers... seriously go to a story and buy forks or don't sell salads.

First off the drive thru window they have there isn't in use at all not even for mobile pick up which is d**** Two I went in and it wasn't ready I saw it half made so I sat down waiting for my name to be called, it wasn't! So I finally went up and they were both COLD supposed to be toasted. Finally I was upset about that and so I grabbed my bag and left but they had forgot to put the baked lays in my bag..which is almost 2$ I tried contacting subway and they never got back to me a few days later i Ty to call the store and they said they will not EVEN THOUGH IF THEY LOOKED AT THEIR CAMERAS they would be able to tell I didn't get my chips. I'm expecting SOMETHING from them otherwise I will get my retribution.

They used to be a pretty normal subway, but over the last 3-6 months they've been going downhill hard. I understand short staffing issues. The drive thru being closed due to staffing is not a big deal. But i haven't gotten a single correctly-made online order in months. And I'm not talking about one little ingredient, I'm talking about ordering a #12 turkey cali club (with no changes to what is listed as being standard for that sandwich), and getting ham and salami. Sometimes we get turkey, but they almost always forget the bacon and avocado that comes with it.Even going in and ordering is rough, I kept having to remind them what ingredients go on the sandwich. It's my wife's sandwich so I don't even know what goes on it, I'm just reading the giant sign with all the ingredients. If i can do that, I feel like the employees can do that too. And i know they at least used to have cheat sheets in the work area in front of them. Maybe it's time to bring those back.I recently went in right at the beginning of lunch time. Drive thru closed, I'm the only one on the store. There was nothing prepped for lunch. I used to work at subway, I know that prepping is kind of important. 2 other people walk in a few minutes after me and the employee lets out a frustrated "ugh," easily loud enough for me to hear even though I'm hard of hearing. Another person walks in a minute or two later, and the employee lets out an even louder and angrier "UUUGGGHHH." We get it, the customers are a giant inconvenience to you and we should just leave. And by this time, a second employee has already returned from wherever he was. I feel like two employees should be able to handle 4 customers without having a breakdown. Especially since it's lunch time, it's kind of expected to have more customers around then.I'm not usually this kind of person, but I have just seriously been amazed at the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence at this place lately.

This is the best subway! I visited twice in recent weeks, on both visits the sandwich’s were great. The place was clean, the sandwich artist was very welcoming and polite, my orders were both thru the app and everything was freshly made and on time.Highly recommend.

Waited 30 min in the drive through when I was only the 3rd car from the window. Finally got my order and got back to work to find out it was wrong. Don’t waste your time here!
