I was excited to find out that they offered to cook my steak Blu, unfortunately their idea of Blu and mine were vastly different. 1/4 of my steak was medium well, 1/4 was medium, and the remainder was a mixture of medium rare and barely rare. I did bring it to the attention of my waiter, and when he came back he said he talked to the kitchen, but that didn't change anything about my meal. Additionally, considering my ribeye was over $50, it sure had a lot of very hard gristle. I did not ask for a discount on my meal, but the waiter gave me one because my steak was not even close to what I ordered.

If you want a good steak choose a different place. You can go to Baldamor for the same $$ and the steak quality is out of this world

I’ve been coming here since the day you opened, hoping each time for an improved experience—but I continue to be disappointed. The food is consistently subpar, and the drinks are both underwhelming and overpriced.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of whiskey knowledge behind the bar. You have bartenders who have worked here for over five years, yet they can’t offer even the basics when it comes to whiskey. Charging $20 for a pour that the staff can’t speak knowledgeably about is unacceptable.
As someone who wants to support this place, I genuinely hope you’ll invest in better training and raise the bar on quality across the board.

My co-workers chose this place due to the aesthetic and extensive menu. It's kind of shocking to know that this was a former Applebee's but I can see it. Their design team is obviously genius! They were able to work with the elements that were already there, yet elevate it to the point of no recognition.
The food was so good! No regrets on having my farewell dinner here! The brisket on my sandwich had a very hearty smoke to it which I feel like a lot of BBQ places in the Midwest fail to do. The meat was tender and juicy, and the portions were huge! You definitely get more than your money's worth. We came in during the afternoon Happy Hour--highly recommend the Brisket Tater Kegs! Our server told us about their half-off steak and wine specials that occur EVERY NIGHT at 9pm. This place is wonderful! I'll have to come in again the next time I work in the Twin Cities!

We went there for drinks, no meal. Very good and very prompt. No weight at all. Atmosphere was nice. The bar was nice and attractive looking. I like to come here again and have a meal as well.

You guys used to be good about getting out delivery orders on time. Now it's a 10 minute wait or more on a slow evening

Waitress was slow to acknowledge our table. Beer can chicken was dry. Brisket was mostly fat. Recently the prices were raised and the portion size decreased. Been a favorite weekly dinner stop until recently. I hope they can get it right so we can enjoy weekly date night here again.

Service is great, atmosphere is inviting, food is underwhelming for the price point. At these “fine dining” prices I expect the menu to deliver as written with consistency but it’s just not there. Maybe the concept needs to be changed for the twenty-seventh time? This restaurant lost its audience on the third or fourth (abrupt) concept change and with its prices I don’t see it lasting, as the others didn’t. Two words: Market Research.
