As a retail worker myself, I know when I am being a customer service nightmare for a worker, and last night was one of those nights. We gave Carlos a hard time by bringing a rowdy group and a picky eater, but he handled it so well and was fun, silly, and welcoming of us regardless. A very accommodating and understanding employee and we all think he deserves a raise for being such a good sport while still giving us the same level of care and respect as he would give his better-behaved...

carlos was amazing. he was very accommodating to our child with picky eating tendencies. he was very kind and allowed us to open up about our personal problems and legal troubles. i hope one day he can be free from gambling once he wins big. give this man a raise, hell… promote him to the CEO OF PERKINS 🗣️

This is our go to spot... Not sure what that says about me, but my family and friends love to meet up here for apps and relax. Staff is very attentive, but sadly there has been too much turnover lately. Received an email yesterday saying that the Riblets are back and I know that I and others are thrilled about that. Great place to have in our community!
