Caribou d/c their apple cider which is my partner's favorite since he can't have caffeine. It's disappointing to say the least. The atmosphere wasn't great because of people thinking they need t he volume in their vehicle so loud it hurts others' ear drums. The people working at our Caribou are fantastic!!

Went through the drive thru for an Energy Drink this afternoon. Noticed one of the servers was running orders out to cars in the drive thru in addition to the window service. Not sure if there was some type of goal to meet or competition taking place but I had never seen this practice before. When I placed my order, I asked for “Sparkling” but when I drove off I realized my drink was definitely not sparkling. I returned through the drive thru but was told it was made with...

The coffees without the artificial sweetener are good. Staff is normally super quick but a few times like today, they're more interested in talking about tik Tok and of the 3-4 people working, only one appeared to actually be working on orders.
