This was a great stop. I do wish they had a drive-thru, but not the biggest deal. Service was excellent, they were all so kind.
Not only was the guy that took our order very nice and helpful, he also looks just like Christopher Meloni
My family & I eat at the Shaopee Jimmy Johns least a few times a month. We will continue.
Every aspect of the Shakopee location is off the charts 5stars. Tonight there was a big miscommunication on our delivery order. However,after speaking with Alex the manager, my husband & I were put at great ease. He was knowledgeable and kind. Truly empathetic towards our feelings.
