Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst Subway experience ever! I ordered online, and when I went to pick up my order, the lady working there did not acknowledge or say hi at all. It was quite early in the morning and there weren't any customers yet... Which I didn't mind, and proceeded to the to-go rack and sat at the table closest to it. Last couple times service is brutal, double charged us today for extra subs, charged for 4 instead 2 subs, no apologies, & no simple sorry, it’s ok, when your wrong, say your sorry, won’t come back now.

Order a sandwich on the app. App said 20 minutes and it took 45. One person came in to place a walk in order and after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by the staff at all he walked out.
