They were more than prepared for the Halloween rush yesterday! The line out the door was handled clearly and efficiently with professionalism and kindness. Our pizza was delicious!!!

The staff at the Shakopee location is possibly the best example of Ownership, carful, focused, choices of EE 'S, selection of GREAT Manager's, and support line people. I had a Mischarge on your Tuesday special day, on 8/8. On 8/13 I stopped to order again, and timing and the busy of the day didnt allow the error to be corrected but, I had a brief and cordial convo with Courtny, I had advised her we can talk about it again on 8/20 as I stop by again. 2 stars is all I can afford to spend on this review due to the simple fact that I was told that "I could go to the gas station to cash my 100 bill". It's a shame I'm sure that the employees deserve better recognition. If it would have been posted somewhere at the establishment this would not have been an issue. Oh well srry guys.Parking: Parking is not adequate for the volume of traffic.
