Tried to order a TuesdaySpecial pizza.The person on the phone had absolutely no clue how much a pizza was. She told me 9.99 for a extra large and 12 .99 for a large. She kept covering up the phone and talking to someone in the background and couldn't stop laughing, so I hung up.I'm not sure what the joke was but I'm done spending money for terrible service.

They were more than prepared for the Halloween rush yesterday! The line out the door was handled clearly and efficiently with professionalism and kindness. Our pizza was delicious!!!

The staff at the Shakopee location is possibly the best example of Ownership, carful, focused, choices of EE 'S, selection of GREAT Manager's, and support line people. I had a Mischarge on your Tuesday special day, on 8/8. On 8/13 I stopped to order again, and timing and the busy of the day didnt allow the error to be corrected but, I had a brief and cordial convo with Courtny, I had advised her we can talk about it again on 8/20 as I stop by again. Arrived, walked in on the 20th, both Courtney and Dana know my order and are so kind place my order and Dana gave me the amount due having adjusted the total dealing with the misque from 8/8 your manager and staffed solved the problem. so full of integrity, a full and complete understanding of customer base and retention. so impressed...C and D should be managing their own locations.... straight up!!!!!!!!!! Horrible.... Came in on a Sunday night about 10 min before closing and they said they couldn't make it because they were closing in 10 min. Not my 1st issue with this store. How does this place stay open?

2 stars is all I can afford to spend on this review due to the simple fact that I was told that "I could go to the gas station to cash my 100 bill". It's a shame I'm sure that the employees deserve better recognition. If it would have been posted somewhere at the establishment this would not have been an issue. Oh well srry guys.Parking: Parking is not adequate for the volume of traffic.

Pretty decent establishment, once in a while they have issues with online coupons at this location. However, I will say they have great staff that help you out. Shout out to Jeffrey! Thank you!

Missing Canadian bacon on pizza. I'm staring at the receipt in big letters that spells out Canadian bacon. If you're out because of a shortage since our country is going to hell and Joe is learning how to bicycle again, I get it. But at least let me know. Two greeted me on my online order when I walked in the store. Just give me a heads up and we can go from there. Silently hoping a customer won't complain is what's going to get your store closed down again.

Ordered two pizza's online yesterday at 3:00 was told I can pick them up at 3:45. When I arrived at 3:45 I was told they are busy and could pick them up in an hour. Six employees standing at the single working register looking at each other. How about utilizing 4 of these people to make pizza? Absolutely terrible management. Will never be back. Great thing Savoys is opening in Shakopee.
