Absolutely horrible customer service and the worst Subway experience ever! I ordered online, and when I went to pick up my order, the lady working there did not acknowledge or say hi at all. It was quite early in the morning and there weren't any customers yet... Which I didn't mind, and proceeded to the to-go rack and sat at the table closest to it. She was still working on my order, and I didn't mind because I got there a few minutes earlier than the ready time. When she completed my order, she slammed the bag on the rack and turned away abruptly. I grabbed the bag and left. How she acted left a very bad impression. Lady, if you aren't happy where you are working at, find a new job. Had I known the customer service at this Subway was so poor, I wouldn't have ordered from there. There are many other fast food restaurants in that area, not just Subway. If you are in that area, do not go there. Support the other restaurants that will appreciate your business and care about customer service.

Mad men Trick shots

Last couple times service is brutal, double charged us today for extra subs, charged for 4 instead 2 subs, no apologies, & no simple sorry, it’s ok, when your wrong, say your sorry, won’t come back now.

Order a sandwich on the app. App said 20 minutes and it took 45. One person came in to place a walk in order and after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by the staff at all he walked out.

I ordered food along bread and they’re charging me $ 17:59 dollars I eat Subway every day with the different locations but I never seen this location how they charge people and they have bad attitude

Staff are incredibly rude, one lady in particular decides to argue with me every single time about how much lettuce I can have. Girl, you're not getting paid enough to argue this much.

Put the contents of the contents an entire salad on a plain hame and cheese sandwich. This was not the first time they completed an order incorrectly for me. This particular location seems unconcerned with getting orders correct.

I ordered online for 3 sandwiches. Two of the sandwiches came out just fine, but one of them was missing multiple things. MY SANDWICH ONLY HAS BACON AND MAYO. i wanted bacon, mayo, lettuce, and ham and only got 2/4 of what i wanted. do better subway‼️

Me and my sister ordered subway online today and it told us to pick it up at 5:35PM. We usually go there 2-3 minutes early and they would have it already done or have it done by the time of pick up. Today however, my sister went in and she didn’t come out until 20 minutes later with our food. My sister said the guy working there just started her sandwiches when she came in and just continued to make them and he never said anything to her. There also wasn’t any lines and it wasn’t busy at all in there. She said he looked right at her, looked away, and started talking with his coworkers and he was taking too much time to make each sandwich. She also said anther customer came in and was waiting to order but the worker was taking too long and didn’t say anything to him so the customer walked out. He only talked to my sister after he was done with making the sandwiches and asked if this was her order. We also got the wrong sandwich as well which my sister was really annoyed. Instead of giving us another spicy Italian, what he made was a chicken bacon sandwich with a bunch of vegetables? I’m not sure if he’s new or if he just doesn’t care about his job, but I know he can at least read since he made the other two sandwiches we ordered correctly. I don’t know if all the workers are like this here, since my last visits were good, but I probably won’t be coming back here if it keeps happening. I recommend going to another subway that’s close by.
