Most of the time always have a good experience, this one time I was going to pay for a drink with Apple Pay but they didn’t take it. The barista said they were already making my drink and gave it to me, rather than dumping it out. They are often out of stuff but it’s not the baristas fault and they are always nice and friendly.

Haley is AMAZING! I don’t know WHY you guys have her working by herself but the professionalism and composure she has with a long line and being the only one to take orders AND make all the drinks is super impressive. But get her some help for god’s sake!

Day 1, I ordered a cappuccino that didn't have any espresso, Day 2, I ask for a replacement beverage (lots of confusion about what is in a cappuccino- is there espresso in a cappuccino (one of the employees)? Took a while to make- had diarrhea all afternoon into the evening.

Place has gone super downhill… I highly suggest going to the Starbucks by Walmart or the one at Hy-Vee…

Doesn't take Starbucks gift cards. Register was out of receipt paper and had to be rebooted. Didn't have large cups. Kind of a disaster way to run a business.
