Haley is AMAZING! I don’t know WHY you guys have her working by herself but the professionalism and composure she has with a long line and being the only one to take orders AND make all the drinks is super impressive. But get her some help for god’s sake!
This location is absolutely welcoming and helpful to serve their guest. There were two women (Shaheen and Savannah) who were just absolutely amazing. We come here frequently, and we see these two just doing their best to keep everything clean and organized. When they didn’t have something we wanted, they suggested great alternatives for me and my wife, but also check to see if they are ordering it for their shipment and tell us when we can order it again! Most of the time always have a good experience, this one time I was going to pay for a drink with Apple Pay but they didn’t take it. The barista said they were already making my drink and gave it to me, rather than dumping it out. They are often out of stuff but it’s not the baristas fault and they are always nice and friendly.
