I have been here a couple of times with my husband, son and mom, both times the service was exceptional! Our last visit, our waiter Luke was super attentive, answered all of our question, and got our complicated order perfect without messing it up (taking into consideration that my husband does not like any vegetables and I do) Luke and Lina (manager) have made us feel welcome and at home. Definitely going back there and hoping they are there to receive a great service again.
The driver was amazing. The delivery was amazing. Food was surprisingly bad. I ordered the basket of waffle fries and received 8. Eight total fries, and they were small. The steak was overcooked, and broccoli soggy. This was so surprising because Applebee's had been consistently good in the past.
