Why do I keep going back. This place is the worst. They charge you a tip on your credit card without asking so I had to start using only cash. Then they bully you into keeping the change. I’m happy to tip but these circumstances aren’t amenable to me. And the service? I waited 5 minutes at the drive through with zero other cars before someone even acknowledged I was there. Get it together, guys.

manager was really nice and helpful when explaining to me when me and my mom came in todayexcited to redeem my stars at this location soon, heard there will be pre ordering on their app too.was still able to gain stars with my gift card on my app

Thank you for making things right, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru this morning and had an order that was messed up, and accidentally double charged for one of the drinks. I called and the manager Tessa said she would give me a refund on the one drink. I came in later tonight for that refund, had a new drink made for me to take home, and she gave me a paper with a “order remake” for both of my drinks to make up for the mistake earlier today. I really appreciate the apology and the fix.

This Starbucks is a hit or a miss when it is good. Today I decided to go and treat my kids with cake pops. I ordered and heard 16.85. I get home and noticed my card was charge 19.58. Be aware they add a tip without your permission.

I’m not sure how you can mess up a simple medicine ball tea,But I got mine with a load of foam? Like what? lol. It was about an inch deep of foam on top? Very confused what that is and how that even happened….The picture I posted is the residue after I scooped the foam out. After took the foam out, it was the size of a medium drink, so I had to add more hot water.

Order ahead option unavailable since they are “owned by Hyvee” so you can’t use your star points which sucks. They also never have straws for the larger drinks or sprinkles for any of their winter

Went there today 10/06 around 3-4 PM. The place was being run by 3 girls during a huge rush. They managed to make drinks, serve food, take orders while having amazing customer service. It took some time, but I can imagine making drinks isn’t easy either.
