I wish I had checked the reviews before choosing this Starbucks location. Its convenient location right off the highway is the reason I picked it. Unfortunately, even though I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, my coffee was not ready when I arrived. My sandwich order was also incorrect, and two of the four sandwiches were served cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will not choose this location again.
I’ve had ongoing issues at this Starbucks because my order is almost always made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is how staff respond when I politely ask for a correction. Instead of being helpful, I often feel like I’m being treated as if I’m the problem or that I’m imagining the mistake.
