Thank you for making things right, my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru this morning and had an order that was messed up, and accidentally double charged for one of the drinks. I called and the manager Tessa said she would give me a refund on the one drink. I came in later tonight for that refund, had a new drink made for me to take home, and she gave me a paper with a “order remake” for both of my drinks to make up for the mistake earlier today. Why do I keep going back. This place is the worst. They charge you a tip on your credit card without asking so I had to start using only cash. Then they bully you into keeping the change. I’m happy to tip but these circumstances aren’t amenable to me. And the service? I waited 5 minutes at the drive through with zero other cars before someone even acknowledged I was there. Get it together, guys.
